Using the Store
By using EmotionallyStickered or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked shipping, refunds and reprints, and privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
Orders and payment
EmotionallyStickered sells custom six-sticker sheets. Prices and shipping charges are shown before checkout and are in U.S. dollars. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors, decline or cancel an order when necessary, and refund any payment already collected for a canceled order.
Custom production
You are responsible for reviewing your sticker selections and shipping address before checkout. Custom sheets are produced after payment. The options for an order problem are described in our refunds and reprints policy.
Intellectual property and wellness content
The Store, its artwork, text, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Oddly Possible LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Buying a sticker sheet does not transfer rights in the underlying artwork. Our products are creative and expressive items, not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice.
Limits and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is posted here with its effective date.
