Information we collect and use
When you place an order, we receive the information needed to process and fulfill it, such as your name, email address, shipping address, selected products, and order details. Stripe processes payment information for checkout; we do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Store.
We use information to take payment, fulfill and mail orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the business, including Stripe for payments, AWS for website hosting and order operations, USPS for mail delivery, and email providers for customer messages. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and choices
We retain order and support records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law allows or requires it.
Children and updates
Our Store is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our business changes. The latest version will show its effective date on this page.
